Clinical Facials

My clinical facials are personalised to be results-driven but also ensure that you feel deeply relaxed and revitalised both during and after your treatment. They are formulated to address a whole host of skin concerns from loss of elasticity and tone, to dryness, pigmentation, open pores and more.

Signature Facial

My signature facial is the ultimate custom made treatment that is an all-encompassing facial that is unique to your individual needs. I will choose from a variety of electrical modalities to treat your skin to deeply cleanse, decongest, detoxify, restore and rejuvenate. I incorporate Ultrasonic therapies to exfoliate, decongest and to aid in product absorption to deeply nourish the skin. I sculpt and tone the face using my unique lifting and contouring face massage techniques and spend some time alleviating tension in the neck and shoulders. Face massage is my favourite practice, it’s the old school beauty method that lives on. I use Endospheres Therapy to tone the muscles and improve elasticity before finishing the treatment with a mask application to lock in all that goodness and refine the pores.

Endospheres therapy

Endospheres Therapy is a highly effective and safe technology that uses an innovative mechanism of compressive micro-vibrations by a roller of silicone spheres that delivers lifting and sculpting results.

Nano Needling is a non-invasive procedure that involves the use of a pen style modality and nano tips. I use only the purest and most powerful ingredients in my facials to deliver results and a truly luxurious experience.

Organic Facial

For those that are conscious of their toxic load, this facial is perfect for you. Inlight Beauty is a unique organic skincare brand whose products are hand crafted in Cornwall. Each product is carefully and sustainably produced by Dr Spiezia whose formulations focus on the skin’s biochemistry, the power of nature and the link between the two. Its ingredients are pure and potent and deliver a truly luxurious spa experience. The Organic Facial is a hands-on treatment. It will deeply cleanse and decongest using powerful antioxidants and natural botanicals. It gently stimulates cell renewal and its focus is on my rejuvenating face and neck massage. My rejuvenating face & neck massage boosts lymphatic drainage to de-puff, detoxify and brighten the skin, thus restoring a youthful glow and alleviating muscle tension. A combination of masks are chosen to refine pores, nourish the skin and offer respite from oxidative stress. Be prepared to feel pampered!

Massage

Massage therapy is manual manipulation of soft body tissues i.e muscles, tendons, ligaments to help support and enhance your health and well-being. I have an in-depth knowledge of anatomy and physiology and have been practising massage for over 20 years.

I prefer to customise my treatments to suit the individual’s specific needs, and address any underlying problem areas.

Deep Tissue Massage

My focus is your comfort, I aim to deliver a truly therapeutic experience whether you need deep tissue, to release existing tension, or a more soothing, holistic massage. The training and experience I have allows me to ease achy, tired muscles at the same time as helping you to unwind and deeply relax. Massage is extremely beneficial for lymphatic drainage, supporting your wellbeing, releasing tension that has accumulated over time, helps you to relax and de-stress and also prevents injuries or aches and pains. I can adapt the massage treatment to focus on any areas that feel stiff and work to ease the tight muscles, so that you leave feeling looser and more comfortable. I use various different essential oils to blend my massage medium, adding to the experience and helping you to unwind and take some time out.

Face Massage

One hour of pure bliss! Face, neck and shoulder massage to alleviate tension, restore youth and repair stressed skins. This treatment solely focuses on massage techniques to help rejuvenate the face and relax your posture. By releasing tension and blocked energy channels we can support better lymphatic drainage, tone the muscles of the face and improve circulation. This in turn sculpts and contours the facial structures whilst oxygenating the skin and stimulating cell turnover leaving the skin glowing.
