I have been a facialist & deep tissue /sports massage therapist for 20 years. I am also a comprehensively trained Pilates teacher.
I’m extremely passionate about face fitness and truly believe that both face & body need movement to repair & flourish.
I’ve developed a unique method to help you achieve a more youthful, more radiant appearance.
My masterclass will include Gua Sha techniques, face sculpting & toning movements and exercise to restore balance in the head, neck & shoulders to drastically improve blood, lymph & energy flow to achieve a rejuvenated skin.
My method is amazing for releasing muscle tension and It works well on the fascia (fibrous tissue)
It detoxifies the skin, visibly smooths lines & wrinkles, firms the face, stimulates & tones, and leaves you glowing like never before!
Preparing for the class:
Enjoy preparing a comfortable space to totally relax and enjoy the class. You may like to light a candle, play some soft music.
Please ensure that you have your face oil, Gua Sha, silicone gloves for Intra oral massage.
Cleanse your face and wash hands thoroughly before starting.
We’ll be massaging from the chest up to and including the scalp, so be mindful of what you wear.
