Hopefully the following FAQs will help solve your issue however if they don’t and you’re still having an issue please contact me by clicking here.

Virtual Platform FAQs:

You'll need to have signed up to a monthly subscription. Once you have a subscription then you'll be able to login to the website using the Login link in the top navigation menu. Once Logged in click 'The Course' link in the top navigation menu and you'll be able to begin.

You should have received an email which provides a link to activate your account. Sometimes it can end up in your Spam. If you can't find it contact us via [email protected].

You'll just need to remember the email you used to sign up. If you head to this form you'll be able to reset your account details.

We're gutted to see you go but we understand. Just drop us a line and we will get you sorted within 48 hours. [email protected]. Hopefully we'll see you back sometime soon?

It's your choice! The lessons are regularly updated - try and create a routine in the week. Depending on your goals maybe start with 3 lessons a week and then increase or decrease based on success.

We have one single plan. £12.99 per month - gives you access to all the virtual platform lessons, monthly masterclasses, discounts off selected products and a direct line to Taryn. The plan updates every 28 days (so that's less that 49p per day).

There are no contracts, no cancellation fees, and no commitments. You can cancel anytime!

You'll need a 7mb connection to watch my videos in full HD. But don't worry if you don't have that - you'll still be able to watch a slightly lower quality version even with a 1mb connection. If you don't know your internet speed - click here to find out.

We don't have a smart TV app yet. However you could screen cast your device to your TV if you have an AirPlay or ChromeCast enabled device. Find out more about using AirPlay on your Mac or iOS device here. Find out about using Chromecast here.

The movement classes that I share on my virtual platform are safe & effective. Please seek medical advice from a medical practitioner before practicing, especially if you have or have had any injuries.
