Cancellation Policy Statement

Deposit Requirement:
A non-refundable deposit of £20 is required upon booking to secure your appointment.

Cancellation Notice:

1. Cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment will allow for a full refund of the deposit.
2. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total treatment cost, deducted from the deposit. The remaining deposit will be eligible for refund.

No-Show Policy:
Failure to attend a scheduled appointment (no-show) will result in the forfeiture of the £20 deposit.

Rescheduling Policy:
Patients may reschedule their appointments at no additional charge provided that notice is given more than 24 hours in advance.
